Becoming a partner

Partnership Opportunities

Swivel partner programs are designed to increase joint revenue opportunities and improve customer relationships. Together we can complement and extend our respective solutions in the marketplace through product integration, marketing, sales and support. We are committed to developing and maintaining win/win partnerships with a broad spectrum of software and hardware manufacturers as well as resellers, integrators/consultants and distributors.

Partner Programme

Swivel Secure is a Channel driven business with a clear commitment to market its products through our partner network.  To support this policy we  have developed a comprehensive Partner Programme that includes a variety of profitable relationship opportunities.  Our on-going global marketing campaigns will generate high visibility and demand among end-users as well as strong brand recognition for our channel.

The Swivel Secure Partner Programme options are:

  • Reseller Partner
  • Consulting Partner
  • Accredited Partner
  • Premier Partner

Reseller Partners are Service Providers, Value Added Resellers or Integrators that well Swivel Secure products.  Reseller partners are not required to have technically trained personnel.  All support and maintenance will be handled by one of our appointed distribution partners. 

Consulting Partners are those that offer complementary products or services and who believe their customers would benefit from Swivel Secure's products.  They prefer not to have Swivel Secure product expertise but would like the opportunity to introduce products into their customer base on a referral basis.

Accredited Partners are Managed Service Providers, value Added Resellers or Integrators that sell Swivel Secure products.  Authorised Partners are required to handle level on technical support for Swivel Secure products.  Complete description of criteria is discussed in the next section.

Premier Partners are national or international Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers or Integrators that commit to quarterly sales revenue on Swivel Secure products.  Premier Partners are required to handle level one and level two technical support for Swivel Secure products.  Complete description of criteria is discussed in the next section.

Partner Programme Criteria

Reseller Partner

To qualify as a Swivel Reseller you need to be an established IT company with a proportion of your business typically coming from network security installations, but not necessarily the mainstream activity of the company.  All support and maintenance will be handled by Swivel Secure directly or through one of our appointed distribution partners.

Consulting Partner

To qualify as a Swivel Secure Consulting Partner you need to be an established IT consultant company with a desire to introduce Swivel Secure products into your existing customer base on a referral basis.

Criteria 

  • Signed Consulting Partner Agreement
  • Appointed relationship manager
  • Provide a corporate logo accompanied with a 50 - 100 word company description
  • Accreditation Fee
  • Introductions and contact information for the sales team

Benefits 

  • 15% Referral fee off License Cost only
  • Sales and marketing collateral
  • Regular partner updates
  • Swivel Secure field sales support

Accredited Partner

To qualify as a Swivel Secure Accredited Partner you need to be a company that offers network security solutions as its primary activity.  To be an Accredited Partner the company must have the resources to handle first line technical support.  The company would be expected to provide a detailed business plan and revenue forecasts for one or more Swivel products.

Criteria

  • Signed VAR Partner Agreement
  • Handle first line technical support
  • Provide corporate logo accompanied with a 50 - 100 word company description
  • Appointed relationship manager
  • One systems engineer certified within 30 days from the signing of  the contract
  • Sales Training for the majority of the sales force
  • Monthly Sales pipeline reviews and forecasts
  • Swivel Secure company logo and company description listed on partner's website
  • Quarterly review meetings
  • Sales objectives and business plan
  • Accreditation Fee
  • Agree to do partnership press release with first customer win
  • Agree to direct mail campaigns on to existing customer base

  • 1% Market Development Funds (MDF)

  • Initial 2-day technical training course for 5 people

  • Lead registration tracking system
  • Joint participation on conferences, tradeshows, seminars (Advance booking)

Premier Partner

A Swivel Secure Premier Partner is likely to be a national or international company that offers network security solutions as its primary activity.  To be a Premier {Partner the company must have the resources to handle first and second line technical support.  The company would be expected to commit to quarterly revenue targets and provide a detailed business plan.

Criteria

  • Signed Premier VAR Agreement
  • Quarterly revenue commitments
  • handle first and second line technical support
  • Provide corporate logo accompanied with a 50 - 100 word company description
  • Appointed relationship manager
  • Two systems engineers certified within 30 days from the signing of the contact
  • Sales Training for the e majority of the sales force
  • Monthly Sales pipeline reviews and forecasts
  • Swivel Secure company logo and company description listed on partner's website
  • Quarterly review meetings
  • Sales objectives and business plan
  • Accreditation Fee
  • Agree to do partnership press release
  • Agree to direct mail campaigns to existing customer base
