This section of the website helps you get the support you need for PINsafe if you cannot find the answers you need on the website.

We will be building a PINsafe knowledge base that will aim to make answers readily in the future 

For pre-sales technical enquiries send an email to support@swivelsecure.com or fill out the contact me form on this site.

For post-sales enquiries, the first support contact point is the reseller from whom you purchased PINsafe.  For more details about this refer to the PINsafe support options.

That notwithstanding PINsafe customers can always seek advice direct from Swivel Secure by sending an email to support@swivelsecure.com .

When requesting assistance

  • Include as much system information as possible, eg versions numbers, installation type, VPN type.
  • Full symptoms, eg does it affect all users, all VPNs. Any recent changes made.
  • Log files: If possible include the log files relating to the observed symptoms
