Fraser Thomas

VP International

Fraser has worked in systems development and software sales for almost 40 years on four continents, including 17 years in the United States as Head of Retail Banking Systems at both Continental Bank in Chicago and Key Bank in Cleveland. In the UK he was Head of Technology at Smile, the Co-operative Bank’s Internet bank, as well as Head of Technology Strategy at the Co-operative Bank. He holds a Mathematics degree from the University of the West of England, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Fraser has been with Swivel since its formation in 2001 when he joined as Chief Operating Officer, and became Director of Business Development in 2007.

Chris Russell

VP Engineering

Chris has over twenty years experience in product and software development. He joined Swivel Secure from O2, where he had overall technical responsibility for a portfolio of m-commerce websites and the platforms that delivered them. At O2 he delivered a range of product improvements that lead to significant revenue increase. Prior to that Chris worked for British Telecom at their renowned R&D Labs at Martlesham Heath. Chris has a Physics Degree from the University of Hull and an MBA from Henley Management College.

Sarah McNicol

UK & Eire Channel Director

Sarah has the UK IT Channel in her DNA. With over 20 years’ experience working for major distributors and resellers as well as technology vendors she has acquired invaluable industry knowledge from all parts of the business supply chain. Sarah joined Swivel in 2003 having been attracted by the challenge of bringing a brand new, market disruptive technology to the channel and has remained to see her instincts rewarded as Swivel has become established as a leading tokenless authentication platform.

Carl Singler

Finance Director

Carl has worked in Finance for 14 years, predominantly within multinational organisations. While working as the Accountant at LUKoil Europe Holdings Limited he assisted the Group Financial Controller in preparing the Group US GAAP reporting before moving to the Marr Group. Carl’s experience with the Marr Group and before that LUKoil have provided him with a wealth of experience of consolidating and preparing reports and accounts and presenting them to management and shareholders. While working as Financial Controller for Marr—Swivel’s parent—one of his duties was to work closely with the Swivel management team; and when the opportunity came to join the team he immediately seized it. Carl has a degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Glamorgan.
